Margie is a senior associate within the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. Her practice includes a variety of corporate matters including but not limited to, equity capital markets, securities law compliance and corporate governance advisory work for Singapore listed companies, share placements for Singapore listed companies, joint ventures, and corporate secretarial work.

Margie believes that the tenets of good corporate practice are being able to balance intricate competing interests in an ever-changing environment, having the ability to plan and think ahead, and being experienced in a wide-range of matters. With such skills, she is able to anticipate and deal with the multi-faceted needs of her clients, and provide the expertise required.
