With over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and litigation, and recognised in the industry as a formidable lawyer with the special ability to find practical business solutions to complex transactions or situations, David needs no introduction. He has represented multiple MNCs and corporations from a myriad of sectors including finance and banking, fund management, private equity, oil and gas, healthcare, construction, information technology and communications, among others.

He sits on the board of directors of several public listed companies in Singapore, and on the boards of private companies in Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand in non-executive and independent capacities.
