Prior to joining our firm, Stephen worked as a legal executive in firms that specialise in criminal work and civil litigation matters. During his period as a litigation legal executive, the civil litigation cases that he was involved in relate primarily to employment issues, construction disputes and insurance claims against insurance companies and he was also involved in a wide spectrum of criminal law cases including a capital offence case. Since joining the corporate department in our firm , Stephen has worked with companies listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange Securities Trading Limited and has experience in a broad spectrum of listed companies work ranging from the listing of Taiwan Depository Receipts on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, share repurchase mandates, change of auditors and compliance issues encountered by listed companies. Further he was also involved in other corporate work for example, shareholders' agreement and in cross border transactions representing clients in the disposal of their cross border businesses to multi-national purchasers.
