Samuel is one of our Partners in the Corporate Department. He also heads the Intellectual Property Technology and Wills & Probate Practices.
Samuel has been in practice since 2001 and brings to the firm a wide range of practice expertise. Prior to joining our firm, Samuel practiced in the corporate and securities department of a "Big 5" local firm, where he provided integrated legal advice for corporate actions, initial public offerings, employment law and the exploitation of intellectual property rights. Samuel also previously he had served as the Singapore Department Head and Singapore Legal Counsel for an international IP agency firm.
Samuel has given talks on various law topics and 'hot button' legal issues to entities based in Singapore and Malaysia, including Singapore Press Holdings. He is also a non-executive director of the Guide Dogs Association of the Blind Ltd, a Singaporean organization dedicated to the improvement and empowerment of the blind in Singapore through greater confidence and independence of orientation and mobility, and the honorary legal adviser to the Gifts Association (Singapore).
