Richard is qualified to practice in Singapore and Malaysia. He is currently a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group.
Since 2001, Richard has practised in both the litigation and corporate and commercial departments of a notable commercial law firm in Malaysia as well as in Singapore. Richard's unique combination of experience in both practice areas stands him in good stead in assisting clients with commercially workable and enforceable legal solutions.
Richard has been actively involved in the areas of fund management, corporate restructuring, corporate insolvency and receivership, corporate advisory work and commercial transactions. Richard's main areas of expertise in litigation includes pre-emptive litigation, corporate litigation, litigation involving shareholders rights, disputes in relation to land, contract and banking.
