Hong Yee was called to the Bar of England and Wales and admitted Barrister-at-Law of Middle Temple in 2004. Hong Yee was also called to the Malaysian Bar in 2005. Hong Yee advises on a broad range of corporate matters with his main area of practice in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate and compliance work (including compliance matters arising from SGX-ST Listing Manual). Hong Yee has been actively involved in international and domestic corporate finance practice including public listing of equities, dual listing on different exchanges, issuance of Taiwan Depository Receipt, rights issue, issuance of debt instruments etc. Apart from corporate commercial transactions, Hong Yee is also in charge of company secretarial and shipping matters involving both domestic and international clients.
